ADMISSION
All applicants must be a graduate of 8th Grade and be at least 16 years old at the time of registration. A valid: U.S. driver’s license, U.S. State ID or U.S. passport must be presented to the admissions representative upon enrolling.
For prospective students that have immigrated to the United States, the same requirements apply as well. ANC does not recruit students already attending or admitted to another school offering a similar program of study.
Nail Technician program requirement:

Must be age of 16 or older

Provide evidence of high school diploma

Nail Technology Teacher requirement:

Must be 16 or older

Must provide evidence of high school diploma

Must have Nail Technician License

Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a technician
Licensing Requirement

Met all the graduation requirement

Passed a licensing exam issued by the Illinois State Board of Cosmetology
Graduation Requirements

Fulfilled all the hours legally required by the State of Illinois.

Score 85% or higher on the written and practical exams.

Approval from the theory/practice teacher.
